In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Clean Slate Press Limited and "you" and "your" means you the customer. These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply unless otherwise stated.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Ordering

You can place your order through the online shop facility, by emailing info@cleanslatepress.com or by contacting an Educational Consultant in your area. When you place your order, we will email an order confirmation outlining details of the items ordered. By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone. Clean Slate Press Limited reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Payment

Clean Slate Press Limited accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Direct Bank Deposit. If ordering for an Educational Institute please supply a purchase order number and we will invoice your school, payment for invoices will be due 20th of the following month. Orders placed on a weekend, or a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Credit and Debit card payments are placed after you click the "Submit Order" button. Payments are processed via Paystaion. All payments are handled by a secure, PCI compliant, third party. Credit Card details are not stored. An invoice will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, your invoice is your proof of purchase.

GST

Clean Slate Press Limited is required to be registered for GST in New Zealand therefore all prices include GST. 

Prices

Clean Slate Press Limited reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at cleanslatepress.com at any time. Prices listed are correct as on 1st July 2022.

Supply of Products

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will notify you if any Product indicated on your order confirmation is not available to supply. In the event of this happening a substitute title will be offered, or you can have the item refunded if a substitute is not suitable. When your items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm items have been shipped.

DELIVERY

Domestic

For shipping within New Zealand, orders under $50 will be charged at $9.50 per order. Orders over $50 will be charged at $15 per order. Where applicable a rural charge will be applied, this will be invoiced and sent with the books when dispatched. 

If you are not an account holder, any additional delivery charges will need to be paid prior to your order being dispatched. 

International

For shipping outside of New Zealand, please contact info@cleanslatepress.com as this cost will be determined by location, weight and size of order. Once the order has been assembled a separate freight invoice will be issued to you, the customer, for payment prior to dispatch.

Clean Slate Press Limited has several international distributors. Please contact info@cleanslatepress.com to find out if there is a distributor in your country.

REFUND POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please advise Clean Slate Press Limited if you intend to return an item, or wish to exchange an item. Please email your request to info@cleanslatepress.com you will need to provide your invoice number, cutomer details, reason for return/exchange. If exchanging an item, please indicate the title of the new item. Any products returned must be unused, undamaged and where applicable still in original packaging. The cost to return products is at the customers expense, unless goods are returned due to a fault of Clean Slate Press Limited. If exchanging an item, the customer will be charged for the new item to be delivered, unless goods are exchanged due to a fault of Clean Slate Press Limited i.e. have been supplied incorrectly. A reason must be given as to why the product has been returned. If all return requirments are met, a refund of the price paid for the item will be processed within 10 working days. 

Damaged Goods

We pack orders with care and appropriate packaging to ensure you recieve items in the best possible condition. If you have recieved your order and consider the item/items to be damaged, please contact Clean Slate Press Limited at info@cleanslatepress.com or call 09 630 0382 to discuss further. Upon return of the damaged item, if deemed faulty Clean Slate Press Limited will replace the item at no additional charge to you.  

Cancellation

We only accept cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order. If you need to cancel your order, please email info@cleanslatepress.com with 'Cancel Order' in the subject line or call 09 630 0382. Once an email notification has been sent that an order has been dispatched we will no longer be able to cancel the order. 

GOVERNING LAW 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpretated in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
